I Love Coburg – Coburg Library Exhibition

Knafeh Nabulseyeh – 442 Sydney Rd, Coburg

“Knafeh Nabulseyeh is a Palestinian dessert that comes from the city of Nablus,

inside Palestine. So it’s a dessert that has a crispy layer on top, underneath it, some cheese. And then we pour some sugar syrup on it. It’s eaten nice and hot.”
