Terms and Conditions – Central Coburg x Pentridge Giveaway

1. Promoter

The promoter is Central Coburg Business Association, in collaboration with participating partners including The Interlude, Adina Pentridge, North&COMMON, Olivine Wine Bar, Palace Cinemas Pentridge, and the National Trust.

2. Competition Period

The competition commences on Tuesday 23 April 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on Saturday 25 May 2025 (“Competition Period”).

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter or any of the participating prize partners are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, eligible individuals must:

• Sign up to the Central Coburg newsletter via the official competition entry page or link published on Central Coburg’s social media platforms during the Competition Period.

By entering the competition, entrants agree to:

• Receive marketing communications from Central Coburg Business Association and TFE Hotels (parent company of Adina and The Interlude); and
• Have their email address shared with these parties for marketing purposes.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a Pentridge Experience Package for two people, including:

• Two (2) nights accommodation at The Interlude OR Adina Pentridge
• Breakfast for two (2) at North&COMMON
• Lunch for two (2) at North&COMMON
• Two (2) movie tickets to Palace Cinemas Pentridge

Total prize value is approximate and may vary depending on availability and seasonal pricing.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be drawn at random using an online random generator from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
• The draw will take place on Monday 27 May 2025.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 3 business days of the draw.

7. Prize Conditions

• Prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.
• Accommodation and experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Blackout dates or restrictions may apply.
• The prize must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed with individual prize partners.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to make their own way to and from Pentridge and to arrange any other travel or incidental costs.

8. Privacy and Data Sharing

By entering this competition, entrants consent to their personal information (including name and email address) being collected and used by Central Coburg Business Association for the purposes of conducting and promoting this competition. Entrants also agree to:
